We sent them out into the field with state-of-the-art recording equipment and super high quality microphones, and told them to start all over again to create a completely new General sound effects library. This collection features brand new recordings - all originally made at 24 bit / 96 kHz - so you get the very best in crisp, clear, high definition sound.

The library's metadata is already embedded in the Soundminer and broadcast WAV BEXT containers, ready for easy access.
So, if you are using an asset content manager like the Sound Ideas MetaDigger software, you can simply download the digital audio files from this Sound Ideas hard drive to your system and use MetaDigger to display, search and export their metadata information, audition the audio content and perform other functions with wav or mp3 files.
